Marvin Calvo Acuña
Originally from Puntarenas, born in Golfito in 1990, in February I grew up more in Palmar Norte, on the Osa Peninsula, where I managed to finish higher education. Later, I emigrated to the Central Valley in search of better conditions both in education and at work, I also formalized the marriage in 2013. I managed to finish high school by maturity and worked part-time shifts at McDonald's, at Hospital San Vicente de Paul I worked as an intern for Nutrition and at Pali de San Isidro de Heredia as a cashier. Later I began my studies in Software Engineering, obtaining the title of Senior Technician in Software Development, I am currently unemployed. I consider myself respectful, educated, persevering, humble, responsible, hard-working and with many dreams ahead that I want to achieve one day, I also like digital or information technologies because I can help people, because I can be creative, materialize ideas and automate processes. Teamwork, communication, order, responsibility and mutual and individual effort are for me the fundamental pillars for a project to be carried out successfully. Among the technologies with which I have had the opportunity to work in software projects are html5, css3, javascript, angular, nodejs, laravel, react, nextJS, react, jquery, bootstrap, ionic, google maps, firebase, sql server, sql plus, pl sql , mySql, graphql, sass, ASP.NET, java, c #, c ++, php, spring boot java, I will also create REST API and consume Internet API services as well as protocols like shh and ftp for file transfers. with design pratrons known as MVC, facade, sigleton, Fabrica, decorador and others. For web development I like to work using a robust framework that speeds up the software development process, under an agile methodology such as SCRUM and I am currently a scrum master.

Junior Web Developer
Develop a web application for the former director Fernando Morales of the Dr. Raúl Blanco Cervantes Hospital together with another colleague. The request was an idea brought from Europe by the doctors, where they requested an interaction application from both the invited users and the speaker who presented a clinical case through the application and the invited users answered a series of questions related to the cell phone clinical case, each response would be reflected in graphic form in the application.Each group of questions would be controlled by the speaker from the stage. They also requested that the data of the people who participated in the application be printed.The application is used in the Geriatric Week.

Junior Web Developer and Junior Web Designer
Develop a web gallery of images where you use ionic and fire-base technologies.The application starts with a login or registration, when you enter the application you can upload and delete images, modify the content of the text and the profile.

It was a project calculated by the teachers where two requirements were taken and agile development frameworks were used. It was mainly based on adopting an incremental development strategy, instead of the complete planning and execution of the product.It was a group of 5 people where each one had an important role within the group, for example, my role was that of quality and that of another partner was support. Technologies such as JavaScript, Jquery, bootstrap, php, Ajax, CSS were used and a local server called wampserver 2.2 was used in the php project.The project was an application for a gym where customers and coaches could register. The coaches could assign the routine to the clients they have in charge in the application and also take stockings of different muscles and be able to store the client's information. Customers can make appointments from the application, see their routine, their progress and even be able to pay from the application.

It was a project calculated by the teachers under an agile framework, where the documentation was first developed with a split every week for 15 days that the iteration lasted, then it started with the program but with a little more emphasis in each iteration. It was a group of 5 people where each one had an important role within the group, for example, my role was that of quality and that of another partner was support. Technologies such as JavaScript, Jquery, bootstrap, asp.net, api rest, Ajax, CSS were used and a local server called ISS was used in the project. The project was an application for the management and control of thermals, bus lines, user, payments, real-time travel of the bus on a map, bus stops seen on the map, handling of complaints by customers and was also possible the suspension of a line by accumulation of complaints, also handled the different routes within the area of the capital of the country (San Jose, Costa Rica). Among the technologies that were used for this project were those of .net using the C # language and google masps was used for the handling of maps.
Junior Web Developer and Junior Web Designer for Cococo
Contributed to the development of a web application for job and employee search, using IBM artificial intelligence to achieve human selection results for the jobs that companies need. The COCOCO company was the one that promoted this project. The application was created using the PHP framework called Laravel, using a MySql database and artificial intelligence from IBM Watson.

Interests
Besides being a software developer, I enjoy most of my time being outdoors. During the warmer months here in Costa Rica, I enjoy mountain biking, beach soccer and fishing on the river and in the open sea. When I am forced to participate, I follow a series of science fiction films and fantasy genre and television programs, aspire to be a chef and dedicate a large part of my free time to explore the latest technological advances in the world of web application development, cell phones and desk.
